This document sets out the kinds of cookie and browser storage this freight price-checking site uses, with the reason for each item and how you control it. Read it alongside the privacy policy to see how data kept on our servers is handled.
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your device to keep and then sends back to the same site the next time you visit. Cookies let a site remember certain states, such as the fact that you are logged in, or that you have dismissed a notice bar.
Besides cookies, this site uses browser storage called localStorage, which keeps data on your machine only and is not sent to the server every time a page loads.
Your browser caches font files and website resources as normal, so the next page opens faster. Managing that cache is the browser’s job, and we do not put your data in it.
If you use private browsing or clear your browser data, the localStorage entry and all cookies are deleted, and the cookie notice appears again to ask you.
We separate connections your browser makes directly from connections our server makes on your behalf, because what the other side can see differs between the two.
| Outside service | Who makes the request | What the other side sees |
|---|---|---|
| Thai font files from Google Fonts | Your browser connects itself, as is normal for any site using that font | Your IP address, the address of the page you opened and basic browser information; Google’s domain may set its own cookies, which are outside our control |
| Google Maps Platform distance and place lookup | Our server makes the call, not your device | Our system sends only the place names and coordinates of the route entered, with no name, contact number or other data about you |
| Distance measurement when the mapping system is not enabled | There is no outside connection at all; the distance comes from a table stored on the server | No data leaves your browser |
| The LINE add-friend button | Your browser opens LINE’s domain only when you press the button yourself | Once open, it falls under LINE’s own privacy notice and cookie policy |
You can use this site to check freight prices without accepting any cookie at all. The bar at the foot of the page is information only, and pressing accept merely stops that bar appearing again on your machine. The language cookie is set only when you press the language switcher yourself.
The table below splits things by what you want to do on this site. You will see that the tasks you use most have nothing to do with cookies; only the language switch and the back office sign-in need one.
| What you do on the site | Needs a cookie? | Summary |
|---|---|---|
| Open a page and read prices in the tables | No | Every page works fully |
| Enter a route and calculate a price | No | The system calculates as soon as the fields are filled, without remembering state |
| Save a quote to come back to | No | The system issues a reference without storing anything on your machine |
| Press the LINE add-friend button or call | No | The contact channel opens straight away |
| Switch between English and Thai | Yes, the language cookie | If the browser blocks it, the site still works, but returns to English on the next page |
| Sign in to the back office | Yes | If the browser blocks this site’s cookies, the login cannot persist |
This document describes only what the site actually does in its current version. If we add a service that uses a new cookie, such as visitor analytics or a map embedded in the page, we will add that item to the table above with its reason and lifetime before using it widely.
The version in force is the one whose update date appears at the top of this page.
If you want us to check whether any cookie is being set on your browser, or want a written explanation of an item in the table above, send a message to the email below. We reply on working days.
