The questions people ask before they press the price button
No account and no card of any kind. Open the price page, type your pickup and delivery points, choose a vehicle type, and the site measures the real distance of that route and prices it straight away. Checking a price is free and does not reserve a truck.
It is an estimate built from the published rates and the measured distance. Use it to budget and to compare vehicle types, but the confirmed price comes after our team checks availability and the details of both sites on LINE. Most of the time it matches the site exactly, unless an area-specific charge applies under the published conditions.
It matches the place to its province and reads the recorded distance for that route from our table. If the route has never been recorded, it estimates the distance from the coordinates of both ends. That figure is still good enough to budget with, but ask our team to confirm the driving distance on LINE before you rely on it.
How to describe a job so the price you get is the price you pay
Type the name a driver can actually find — the warehouse, the project, or a well-known junction — with the province. You do not need coordinates or a house number. If the gate is down a narrow soi or the site keeps specific opening hours, put that in the notes while you check the price, because it affects which truck can serve you and when it can load.
Each additional delivery point is charged at 500 baht on top of the per-trip fare for the main distance. That figure appears as its own line on the quotation. When you have several drops, ordering them so the truck turns back as little as possible cuts the distance charge; send us the order you want and we will help you plan the route.
Four-wheel trucks come as a box body or a cage body and cover mid-size loads, house moves and office moves. Six-wheel trucks come as box, cage, crane-equipped and tail-lift-equipped; they carry up to about 6 tonnes. Ten-wheel trucks, box or cage, carry about 15 tonnes, and trailers handle containers and large machinery. Fares differ because each model has its own base charge and per-kilometre rate. A bigger truck costs more per kilometre, yet a long run is often cheaper with it because you do not have to split the load across several trips.
We do not carry flammables, explosives, hazardous chemicals, cannabis or narcotics, live animals, or anything illegal. For very high-value or unusually fragile goods, tell us in advance so we can plan the handling and arrange additional insurance on terms agreed with you.
The charges that really apply, and why
Yes, charged as incurred. An island pickup or delivery needs a ferry or a crossing, and the boat operator bills that separately from the truck, so it is added according to the actual distance and conditions — for example to Ko Sichang, Ko Samui or other islands. Name the island while you check the price so the figure you see already includes it.
The three southern border provinces carry a 1,500 baht surcharge per trip under the published rate conditions, because trucks returning from there are harder to fill than on other routes. It appears as its own line on the quotation rather than being hidden inside the distance charge.
No. Parking and expressway or motorway tolls are paid by the hirer as incurred. Airport or seaport gate charges are 500 baht per trip, an optional service you can select while checking the price. Every one of these items is disclosed in the rate conditions on each quotation.
Prices already include 7% VAT, and VAT is always shown as its own line on the quotation. Companies that withhold 1% withholding tax on transport services under Revenue Department rules should send the authorised signatory name, tax ID and invoicing address before the pickup date. We issue tax invoices in the name of Che Truck Transport Co., Ltd. so you can bill on your own accounting cycle.
Customer service is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. Outside those hours you can still leave a message in the LINE chat and the team replies the next business morning. If you need a truck outside business hours or on a public holiday, tell us in advance, because the truck and driver have to be arranged as a special case.
Allow one business day for a regular weekly run. For a next-morning pickup, confirm before 17:00 the day before. For a large bulk lot or a trailer, tell us two to three days ahead so we can check the vehicle and its lashing equipment in time.
Use the buttons on the site: add us on LINE, call 02-026-6895, or email hello@chetruck.app. Send a screenshot of the price or the saved quotation with it. The team will quote the same reference number to confirm availability and agree a pickup time.

Learn these six terms and you can read the price panel yourself — no one has to explain it.
The distance the site shows is the road distance of that route, not the straight line on a map and not the kilometres the truck actually drives if there are several stops on one trip. For a figure you can invoice against, have our team confirm the distance in the chat before the pickup date.
