Loading prices and vehicle types
The part you do yourself
These happen on one page in less time than a phone call, with no waiting for anyone to reply before you see a figure.
Type the place, the warehouse or the junction. The site measures the real distance of that route for you.
Compare 4-wheel, 6-wheel, 10-wheel and trailer options, with the load and volume each one carries.
The per-trip fare appears with every charge broken out and VAT stated separately — no call required.
Send the price you see to our team to confirm availability and agree a pickup time.
You can repeat these four steps as often as you like at no cost. Changing the pickup, the delivery or the vehicle type re-prices the trip instantly.

Preparing the price check
The form above is the same system as the main price page. Enter your route to see how distance and vehicle type change the price.
The part a person checks
All six steps count from when you check a price. The first three happen on the site; the last three are what our team does for you.
Pickup, delivery and any extra stops, plus the date you need the truck. This is exactly the data the price is calculated from.
The distance is cut into slabs at that truck’s published rates, the base charge is added, and the total is checked against the per-trip minimum.
Keep the price as a reference number so a purchasing team or a manager can review it before the decision.
Send the reference or a screenshot of the price. Our team checks availability and confirms the final price in the chat.
The driver confirms their name and plate before the pickup window. Once the goods are loaded you get proof of collection.
Every stop on the quote is delivered. The team reconciles the actual charges against the quoted price and issues the invoice.
An example written from the most common shape of a real job, so you know what to have ready.

I checked a 6-wheel box truck, Bangkok to Chonburi, 98 km — it came to 2,200 ฿ before VAT.
customer service
Got it. The distance matches our table, and this model is free tomorrow morning. The price on the site is good to quote from.

Goods are 12 pallets, about 4 tonnes. There is no loading dock at the far end, so it has to be lifted off.
customer service
In that case add a tail lift at 800 baht per trip. The pre-VAT total becomes 3,000 ฿, and with 7% VAT it is 3,210 ฿.

Please make the tax invoice out to my company.

Send the registered name, tax ID and invoicing address in the chat today and we will issue it with the delivery note.

Pickup is 08:00 at the warehouse on Thep Rattanakit Road.
customer service
Confirmed for 08:00. The driver will send their name and plate 30 minutes before arriving; call us straight away if they run later than that.
The confirmed price always lives in this chat, so keep it as the reference when you bill. If you need a tax invoice, send the invoicing name and tax ID in the chat before the pickup date.
Notice the conversation does not start with “how much?” — it starts with the quotation reference. That lets the team see the same route, vehicle and distance you see instantly, with no retyping and no re-explaining.
A 6-wheel box truck over 98 km: the base charge plus the distance charge in slabs gives 2,200 ฿ before VAT. Adding a tail lift at 800 baht per trip brings the pre-VAT total to 3,000 ฿, and with 7% VAT it is 3,210 ฿. Every figure uses the same rates published on the rates page.
If your real job differs from this example — three drops in one night, or a site that closes at 16:00 — tell the team in your first message. The price the site calculates does not yet account for those limits.
Incomplete information from the customer is the main reason an availability answer stalls.
Tell us the box count or the size of the largest item. We pick the smallest truck that fits, so you do not pay for capacity you do not use.
If you cannot measure the load yet, send a photo of the pile and the box count in the chat and our team will help you judge the vehicle type first.
Weekly runs should be booked a business day ahead. For a next-morning pickup, confirm before 17:00 the day before.
Is there a loading dock or a forklift? Can a truck reach the soi? That decides whether you need a crane or a tail lift.
The items below are why the real cost of some trips differs from the figure on the site. We disclose them all so you can budget accurately, rather than agreeing them at the site.
Our team states these items before you confirm anything on LINE, on every trip. If your route has more than that — a weight-restricted bridge, a factory gate that needs advance registration — tell us while you check the price, so the figure does not have to be corrected afterwards.
