This page holds the figures the price panel works from. It starts with the base service charge for the vehicle type, adds the distance charge banded into slabs, checks the result against the per-trip minimum, then adds any services and VAT in that order. No rate hides behind those steps.

The example in the diagram is a 6-wheel box truck over 98 kilometres — the figure the site returns for Bangkok to Chonburi. If the distance is so short that the distance charge falls under the minimum, the minimum applies instead, and the quotation says the trip was charged at the floor.

Price per trip: the base service charge plus the distance charge, banded by slab, raised to the minimum where the distance does not reach it.

Read this table alongside the sample quotation: take the real distance, cut it into bands at those rates, add the base charge, then check it against the per-trip minimum.

The rate falls as the distance grows, because a long run gets the truck home faster and avoids deadheading back through the city. Long trips therefore always cost less per kilometre than short ones. If a trip’s average per kilometre is higher than the table shows, an add-on or an area-specific charge is included.

The per-trip minimum, and where it stops applying

A bigger truck is not always dearer: over a short enough distance every model settles at its own minimum.

Trips shorter than the distance in the fourth column all cost the same whether the truck runs 5 or 30 kilometres, because the per-trip minimum applies. Short-haul work is therefore better combined into one trip with several drops than split across several trips.

Tax and invoicing

VAT 7% shown on every quotation
The table prices exclude VAT, but the VAT switch in the matrix adds it instantly as you look — no need to do the sum yourself later. VAT covers both the transport charge and the add-ons.
Companies can withhold tax
Transport services carry 1% withholding tax under Revenue Department rules. We issue full tax invoices in the name of Che Truck Transport Co., Ltd. so you can bill on your own accounting cycle.
Items the hirer pays as incurred
Parking, expressway and motorway tolls, and airport or seaport gate charges are not our revenue. They are billed against the receipt we actually pay.
Multi-drop is priced per stop
Each extra delivery point is 500 baht on every model. If the drops sit in different districts, reordering them can save more in distance than the extra-stop charge itself.

Before you confirm a trip, send the registered company name, tax ID and invoicing address in the LINE chat so the paperwork never has to be corrected afterwards.

Rate conditions to read before confirming a trip

A truck hire price is built from the real distance and the vehicle type you chose. Everything else is disclosed here — nothing is quietly added later.

Charged as incurred

1. Parking and toll charges are not included.
2. Airport or seaport gate charges are billed as incurred.
3. An island pickup or delivery point carries an extra charge by distance.
4. Yala, Pattani and Narathiwat add 1,500 baht.
5. Multi-drop adds 500 baht for each additional delivery point.
6. Quotes already include 7% VAT; VAT is itemised on every quotation.
7. Trailer and large trucks: booked between 07:00 and 16:00 the earliest pickup is 06:00 within the next two days; booked between 16:01 and 06:59 the earliest is 13:00.

Our team states these items before you confirm anything on LINE, on every trip. If your route has more than that — a weight-restricted bridge, a factory gate that needs advance registration — tell us while you check the price, so the figure does not have to be corrected afterwards.
